Step 1: Open Google Calendar
Go to Google Calendar.
Make sure you're signed in with your CST Google account.
Step 2: Create an Appointment Schedule
Click the + Create button (top left).
Select Appointment schedule (instead of "Event")
Step 3: Set Your Availability
- Choose the duration of each appointment (e.g., 30 minutes).
- Select the dates and times you’re available.
- Click + Add time if you want multiple availability slots.
- Enter a title (e.g., "Team Check-ins" or "Client Meetings").
Step 4: Customize Appointment Settings
Booking Window – Decide how far in advance people can book.
Buffer Time – Add breaks between appointments if needed.
Max Appointments per Day – Set a limit on bookings.
Location & Video Call – Choose Google Meet, phone, or in-person.
Step 5: Share the Booking Page
Click Next and review details.
Google will generate a public booking link.
Share the link via email, chat, or embed it on a website.
Step 6: Manage & View Bookings
All scheduled appointments will appear in your Google Calendar.
You’ll get email notifications when someone books a slot.
You can edit availability anytime by clicking the schedule in your calendar.
