Step 1: Open Google Calendar

  1. Go to Google Calendar.

  2. Make sure you're signed in with your CST Google account.


Step 2: Create an Appointment Schedule

  1. Click the + Create button (top left).

  2. Select Appointment schedule (instead of "Event")


Step 3: Set Your Availability

  1. Choose the duration of each appointment (e.g., 30 minutes).
  2. Select the dates and times you’re available.
  3. Click + Add time if you want multiple availability slots.
  4. Enter a title (e.g., "Team Check-ins" or "Client Meetings").


Step 4: Customize Appointment Settings

  • Booking Window – Decide how far in advance people can book.

  • Buffer Time – Add breaks between appointments if needed.

  • Max Appointments per Day – Set a limit on bookings.

  • Location & Video Call – Choose Google Meet, phone, or in-person.


Step 5: Share the Booking Page

  1. Click Next and review details.

  2. Google will generate a public booking link.

  3. Share the link via email, chat, or embed it on a website.


Step 6: Manage & View Bookings

  • All scheduled appointments will appear in your Google Calendar.

  • You’ll get email notifications when someone books a slot.

  • You can edit availability anytime by clicking the schedule in your calendar.
