9 STEPS

1. First Click On the file you want to share

2. Click Share

3. Click Share with Cathedral Schools Trust

4. Click Cathedral Schools Trust

5. Click Anyone with the link

6. If you want to give them more rights than just viewer, click Viewer

7. Now click what permissions you'd like them to have, Viewer, Commenter or Editor

8. Click Done

9. Now anyone that has that link can access the file. Only do this for files you are happy for anyone on the internet to access.
